She is the sole author of this Textbook of Obstetrics having contributed to the contents of all the 75 chapters. She was nominated by the Medical Council of India as one of the three-member team as subject expert to develop the competency-based revised undergraduate curriculum which will be implemented from August 2019. She has been awarded the Diploma in Hospital Administration by National Institute of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi, and has been the head of quality and patient safety for more than a decade. She is an active member of the medical education unit of SRIHER and is the coordinator for the AETCOM (attitude, ethics and communication) sessions for the undergraduates. She is also a qualified NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) assessor for both entry level and full accreditation.
