Clinical Experience Record Book for BSc Nursing Students (As Per INC Syllabus)

The Clinical Experience Record Book for BSc Nursing Students is primarily designed to meet the practical needs of the nursing students working in hospital settings, who are using nursing process to identify the needs of patients, nursing goals, plans in nursing care implementation and evaluation of nursing care. The contents of the book are prepared according to the syllabus of Indian Nursing Council (INC) to enable the nursing students to utilize it during all the practical procedures. Procedures are listed according to the year in which they are taught in the curriculum. All the nursing procedures should be completed by return demonstration in nursing school and nursing college laboratories, etc. under the supervision of the class teacher, clinical instructors and ward staff or nursing supervisors. This clinical experience record book should be approved by the class teacher and principal of nursing training institution time to time before final/annual practical examination conducted by the board/council.
