Refunds and Replacements

Books may be returned ONLY:

1. If they have been delivered in a damaged condition. 


2. If there are missing/defective pages. 


3. If an incorrect book(s) have been delivered.


4. If mistakenly ordered a higher quantity.


5. If there is any other manufacturing defect. 

A refund amount will be initiated from our end only after the book(s) have reached us in good condition. Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return request details. The amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. A return window will be closed after 4 days of delivery otherwise the fresh goods will be shipped within 4 days after we receive defected one.
