Dr Venkatesh is a recipient of FAIMER (Foundation for Advancement of international Medical Education and Research, Philadelphia, USA) fellowship for innovation in medical education. He has been bestowed with KP Puthuraya National Award for the ?Best Teacher in Physiology? and ML Gupta Award for ?Substantial Contribution in Medical Education? awarded by the Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India. He is on the editorial board of several journals and has contributed as reviewer for reputed national and international journals. He has also served as an inspector for the National Medical Commission, formerly known as Medical Council of India.HH Sudhakar, MD, is Professor, Department of Physiology, Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka. For more than 31 years, he has been teaching physiology to both UG and PG students. He has published/presented more than 40 scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences. Dr Sudhakar is a reviewer of several national and international journals. He also serves as an examiner at both UG and PG levels.
